Welcome to my place! The goal of this Portfolio is to showcase my creativity and highlight experiences and plans.

Creativity! The dictionary states the meaning of the word as; “the use of the imagination or original ideas, especially in artistic work production.” I believe that creativity is necessary to visually communicate what needs to be addressed, passed on, and enjoyed! This belief, merged with my work experience, is continuously evolving, and I invite you to see where I am today.

My experience spans over three decades and covers several areas within the entertainment industry, from my first entertainment job in the music industry as a Promotions and Program Producer assistant at the original KDAY radio station to Western Regional Marketing and Promotions Director for Herb Alpert’s former record label A&M Records to entering the film and DVD industry as a Video Compressions Tech for Panasonic Disc Services in the film and DVD division.

The caliber of music artists I promoted and marketed at A&M and the position I held exposed me to a plethora of hands-on work experiences in different areas, which enabled me to learn and operate in many other industries in entertainment.

I parlay the hands-on experiences and combine this with years of motion graphic design education, which granted me access to the film, theater, television, and DVD industries. For example, I worked on several projects as a crew member as a grip, lighting, and production assistant in the film industry. I was a Stage Manager for the City of Los Angeles government TV in the television industry. My work at Panasonic and my education have propelled me further in visual arts and entertainment.

FUTURE PLANS:

I am in the research and development (R & D) phase of developing an accredited college specializing in stakeholders that are public, private, or charter high school students with special needs who have a diploma, diploma tracks, or an equivalent certificate (GED).
